function to ensure that each client benefits from all the resources of
the firm.
First we assign a client relationship manager to meet your needs.
This individual works with you, the portfolio management team and our
operations staff to build a solid foundation for the relationship. On an
ongoing basis, it is the client relationship manager who serves as your
conduit for market insights as well as details on specific activity related to your
portfolio.
While technology has made it easier to communicate from a distance,
we still believe that face-to-face meetings between you and your
investment team provide a common point of understanding that is critical
to the success of the relationship. The client relationship manager
works with you to supplement these periodic (usually semi-annual)
meetings with electronic, phone, and video communication and
conferencing as often as needed.
