Bill is currently Executive Vice President and Head of the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group of the Hartford Investment Management Company. Bill has over twenty five years of direct and fund investment experience. Prior to his current position, he was a Partner at Capital Resource Partners, a private mezzanine fund based in Boston. Previously, Bill was a Managing Director at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Director of Mezzanine Finance at Lincoln Investment Management and President of 3i Capital Corporation, formerly the US later stage investment subsidiary of 3i Group, plc, the UK based investment company. Bill was also a Captain in the US Army. Bill received his BA in Economics and graduated summa cum laude and phi beta kappa from Dartmouth College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Greg Foy, Senior Vice President

Greg is currently a Senior Vice President in the Mezzanine and Equity Finance Group where he is responsible for mezzanine, private equity and fund investments. Greg has over twenty five years of direct and fund investment experience. Prior to his current position, Greg was a Senior Vice President with GE Commercial Finance where he was responsible for originating and underwriting leveraged finance transactions in New England. Previously, Greg was a Senior Managing Director at Citizens Capital, the mezzanine and private equity group owned by Citizens Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc and Group Executive for Technology and Communications Lending at FleetBoston where he also held various positions in the Leveraged Finance Group, the High Yield Debt Group, the London Branch and the Acquisition Finance Group. Greg received his BS in Management with a concentration in finance and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College.

Tim currently serves as an Assistant Vice President in the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group where he is responsible for mezzanine, private equity and fund investments. Prior to joining the firm, Tim spent seven years in the Mezzanine and Private Equity sectors with middle market firms such as Christopher Capital, Banc One Mezzanine Corporation, and Bruml Capital. Prior to that, he served in various roles in Investment Banking and Corporate Development. Tim earned his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration and his BA from Dartmouth College.

Thorsten currently serves as an Assistant Vice President in the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group where he is responsible for mezzanine, private equity and fund investments. Thorsten joined the firm from Mezzanine Management LLC, a UK based mezzanine fund, where he worked as an Investment Manager focusing on US middle market private equity and mezzanine investments. Prior to that, he served as a credit analyst in the Private and Alternative Investments group of CIGNA Investment Management focusing on mezzanine and private placement investments. Thorsten earned his MBA from Cornell University and his BA in Economics from Manhattanville College.

Chris currently serves as an Assistant Vice President in the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group where he is responsible for mezzanine, private equity and fund investments. Prior to joining the firm, Chris spent several years at the strategic investing arm of The Hartford Property and Casualty operations as a Director, where he focused on making investments into growth companies. Previously, Chris was a Vice President of Corporate Finance at Needham & Company focused on advising growth companies in a variety of industries. He was also a member of the Corporate Development group at Rockwell Collins. Chris received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA in Economics from Amherst College. He is a candidate for Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Richard is an Analyst in the the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group where he is responsible for mezzanine, private equity and fund investments. Richard earned his BA in Economics and Spanish from DePauw University. He is a candidate for Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation.
